Cos'è
La formazione è strutturale e obbligatoria ed è parte integrante della funzione docente, fondamentale per lo sviluppo professionale e il miglioramento delle istituzioni scolastiche, come sancito dalla legge 107/2015

La formazione insegnanti consente di avere un corpo docenti sempre aggiornato sulle ultime novità della didattica.
